CMT and CPU Core

I have been notified that CMT cpu_core_t is
under working progresses which may not be the
stable API offering

My proposal to DTrace framework Team:

*/platform specific cpu info_core_t which can
be down casted from */common cpuinfo_t so that platform
specific D code can extract the abstracted core strcuture
there after.


There's work in progress to make the cpu->core mapping information available
through an unstable cpu_info kstat. We'll also work though how this
could/should be done for DTrace (thanks for your suggestion). I'll follow up
with more details soon...
